I offer 1-2-1 coaching as well as small group coaching.  Small groups are powerful where shared experiences give greater insight.

I also offer 1-2-1 and small mixed groups for Mindfulness Wellbeing, which is a different style of experiential learning with light touch coaching.

Here are steps I will take you through to achieve your goals:

  1. Finding your energy and power – following your inner compass
  1. Developing your strengths and managing stress
  1. Communication style – managing conflict
  1. Mindfulness practices
  1. Realising your potential – addressing self limiting beliefs
  1. Creating your success plan

These sessions are between 1.5 hour – 2 hours long.

I have coached many women in their career path, including specialist help with CVs, interview techniques and handling their managers.
